RODRECH want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return:
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Electronics must be unused and in original packaging, including all accessories. (chargers, manuals, etc.)
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items, specific discounted items.
- Redeemable products (Gift cards, trading card games)
- Opened or used electronics (unless defective)
- Undergarments or personal wear items (for hygiene reasons)
- Perishables, consumables
- Products that may pose potential health and safety risks if returned
- Products with shipping restrictions
- Customized products made specifically for you
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank.
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items returned damaged or incomplete
- Clothing without tags or showing wear
- Electronics are not in original condition
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Clothing (size or color changes)
- Defective or damaged electronics
Please contact us within 30 days to request an exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
- We will resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, or full refund
